Potato (90%), SMOKED BACON (6%) (pork shoulder, salt, dextrose monohydrate, antioxidant sodium ascorbate, preservative sodium nitrate), sunflower oil, dehydrated onion, salt, onion extract, pepper, yeast extract, sugar, turmeric
For best results, gently heat a heavy based, non stick frying pan until hot. Add the contents of the foil pouch, stir gently to break up. Cook over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring or shaking the pan occasionally, until golden brown. To cook in a stainless steel pan, ensure the pan is well seasoned, heat gently until hot, brush lightly with oil (do not use butter) and cook as above. (Time 10-15 mins)
Store in a cool dry place Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5ºC and consume within 24 hours. Do not freeze.
