Free range British pork from pigs sired by pedigree Hampshire boars. The Hampshire sire line has been chosen for its renowned tenderness and superb flavour.

Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Remove all packaging. Season flour with salt and freshly ground pepper. Dust the pork in the seasoned flour. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a casserole dish. Fry the pork over a medium to high heat until browned on all sides. Add chopped vegetables and cook for five minutes. Add 500 ml of beef stock. Cover and cook in oven for 2-3 hours. (Time 2-3 hours Oven: 170�C, Fan: 150�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
