Traditional award winning cure. We only use British outdoor bred pigs from freedom food assured farms. Cured in a traditional Wiltshire cure brine. Cured in traditional Wiltshire brine and slowly matured for a strong full flavour. Denhay was founded by two farming families - the Hoods and the Streatfeilds - in Dorset's Marshwood Vale in 1952. Today we proudly display their combined coats of arms on each Denhay pack as a guarantee that it contains only the very best bacon. Our traditional methods use only fresh British outdoor bred pork. We cure in a traditional Wiltshire Cure brine and then allow the pork to mature slowly before slicing, resulting in wonderfully full flavoured and succulent rashers of bacon.
