Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place on a greased tray; place in the centre of the oven. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. (Time 35-40 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
