Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Remove all packaging. Dust the lamb in seasoned flour. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a casserole dish. Fry the lamb over a medium high heat until browned on all sides. Add 400 ml of stock. Cover and cook for remaining time. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 1 hour 30mins to 2 hours, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
