Pre-heat grill to a medium setting, brush Quorn Sausages with oil & cook for 8 minutes, turning frequently. Increase cooking time by 2-4 minutes to cook from frozen.
Fry Quorn Sausages in 1 tablespoon of pre-heated oil over a medium heat for 8 minutes, turning frequently. Increase cooking time by 6 minutes to cook from frozen.
