Bake Preheat oven, scrub and wash the potatoes well to remove any soil, cut large potatoes into 8cm length pieces, place in a roasting tray, drizzle with olive oil and season cook for 50-55 minutes turning occasionally until brown. ( Oven: 200�C, Fan: Fan 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark Gas 6)

Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender. (Time Boil)Scrub and rinse the potatoes well to remove any soil. Place in a steamer above a pan of boiling water. Cover with a lid and steam for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a knob of butter.
