Roast - 45-50 mins Adjust oven rack to lowest position. Preheat the oven. wash potatoes and toss as required with oil and pepper. Roast until tender and golden, check and turn potatoes half way through cooking time. Transfer to a serving dish. Also great cut in half, if halved then reduce cooking time accordingly and when placing on the baking tray place cut side down ( Oven: 220°C, Fan: Fan 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark Gas 7)
HOB - BOIL - 15-20 MINS Scrub and rinse the potatoes well to remove any soil and place in a pan with just enough water to cover and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender.Scrub and rinse the potatoes well to remove any soil. Place in a steamer above a pan of boiling water. Cover with a lid and steam for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a knob of butter..
