- Suggested uses:This highly versatile sauce can be used in any dish to add a sweet and hot chilli taste. It is perfect with fishcakes, dim sum or spring rolls. Use in marinades with fish or meat for that distinct 'Thai' taste. You can use it every day by adding to mayonnaise or cream cheese to create your own dips. Also add to pork chops, burgers or sausages, a great alternative to your usual condiments.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 months.
