  • Shopping List. 1 sachet Colman's Chicken Chasseur Recipe Mix. 4 skinless chicken portions. 2 medium sized onions, sliced. 115g (4oz) button mushrooms. 425ml (3/4 pint) cold water. How to Cook: 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 (170°C for fan assisted). 2. Place the chicken, onions and mushrooms in an ovenproof casserole dish. 3. Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the dish. 4. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until chicken is tender. 5. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately with baked potatoes and green beans. Why Not Try... French Chicken Cassoulet. Follow the steps but add crushed garlic to taste, a sliced red pepper and a can of drained cannellini beans to the casserole before cooking.
