Venison (66%), pork belly (16%), water, rusk (Wheatflour, Salt), onion, port, salt, lemon zest, thyme, black pepper, orange zest, preservative sodium metabisulphite, garlic puree
Preparation & Storage
- Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 25-30 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium hot grill, turn during cooking. (Time 10-12mins)
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving. (Time 102 mins)
Keep refrigerated. For use by see front of pack. Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
