Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 25-30 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 10-12mins)
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Drain well before serving. (Time 10-12 mins)
