Free range Cumberland pork sausages seasoned with nutmeg, mace and fresh herbs, from pigs sired by pedigree Hampshire boars.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. As these sausages have natural skins there is no need to prick them. (Time 20-25 mins Oven: 190�C, Fan: 170�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a preheated medium grill, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear. (Time 15-20 mins)
