Water, sugar, sliced onion (8%), distilled barley malt vinegar, pineapple (7%), sliced carrot (6%), sliced green pepper (3%), sliced red pepper (3%), cornflour, pineapple concentrate, tomato paste, bamboo shoots, chopped celery, salt, sesame seed oil, colour paprika extract, ginger powder, white pepper
Preheat oven. Combine 550g of diced chilled chicken and sauce in a casserole dish, cover and place in centre of oven. Stir half way through cooking. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Stir before serving. Serve hot with rice. Serves 4. (Time 45 - 50 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5ºC and consume within 3 days.
