British pork cooked long and slow in its own juices until meltingly soft and full of flavour. Ready to finish in a hot oven for juicy succulent pork belly, fantastic served on creamy garlic mash with apple and sage gravy.

Preheat oven Remove all packaging. Remove excess jelly and pat dry with kitchen towel. Preheat a frying pan over a medium heat and add one tablespoon of oil. Once hot place the belly fat side down and brown for 5 minutes. Once browned place on a roasting dish and transfer to a preheated oven for 25 minutes and cook until piping hot. Remove from oven and serve. (Time 25 - 30 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
