It's pretty simple really - and very quick! Add the gnocchi to salted, boiling water. When they rise to the surface (approx 1 minute), strain and serve on pre-heated plates or bowls. Serve simply with butter and Parmesan or stir through a delicious pesto sauce.As a tasty meal accompaniment, serve it with meat or fish as a great alternative to boiled or mashed potatoes.
