We've been making our delicious pasta in the UK since 1929 when young Luigi Ugo came to London from Italy and started making fresh pasta by hand to sell local hotels and restaurants. We were also the first to introduce gnocchi into the market in 1932. We're still a family business today and continue to make and supply fresh pasta, gnocchi and other delicious Italian foods with pride and passion. Preparation & Storage


  • It's an extremely versatile dish and absolutely delicious. For a wonderfully simple meal, just add a knob of butter and a sprinkling of parmesan. Equally, it makes a tasty meal accompaniment with meat or fish and a great alternative to boiled or mashed potatoes.
  • Hob From Chilled: It's pretty simple really - and very quick! Add the gnocchi to salted, boiling water. When they rise to the surface (approx 1 minute), strain and serve on pre-heated plates or bowls.


This is fresh (chilled) food so keep in the fridge below 5°C and use by the date on the pack or within 48 hours of opening. You can home-freeze but best to do so on the day of purchase and use within 3 months. It's absolutely fine (and quick) to cook from frozen - just allow a further 1 minute cooking time - but please don't re-freeze. We've packaged our delicious gnocchi in a special protective atmosphere to keep it fresher, longer.
