- Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.

Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill pan under a medium heat, turning once during cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. (Time Rare 4-6 mins, Medium 8-10mins, Well Done 10-12 mins)
Pan fry logo. RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE 4-6 mins 8-10 mins 10-12 mins Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan add steak and cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce to medium heat for remaining time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. (Time Rare 4-6 mins, Medium 8-10mins, Well Done 10-12 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC For use by date see front of pack Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
