Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
For best results, (Fry) Remove all packaging. Preheat frying pan over a medium heat add oil (15ml). Place fillet into the pan skin side down. Cook for 5-6mins turning the fillet halfway through cooking Remove sea bream to a warmed plate Do not reheat
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month
