Preparation & Storage
- Defrosting Big & Juicy Tiger Prawns are easy to use. They can be defrosted quickly by removing individual prawns and running under cold water or left to stand in cold water for 5-10 mins. Do not refreeze.
For best results cooked from defrost. Ensure prawns are cooked through but avoid overcooking so they stay moist.
Or grill under a high heat for 4-5 mins turning regularly. Cooked prawns will turn pinky orange.
Place prawns in boiling water and cook for 2-3 mins. Quickly plunge in cold water to stop further cooking.
