Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Heat until piping hot. Remove from oven, stand for 2 minutes before serving. (Time 30 minutes Oven: 190�C, Fan: 170�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate. Stand for 1 minute halfway through heating. Stand for 2 minutes, after heating in microwave. Check food is piping hot - if not reheat for further brief period. (650W: 6 minutes, 750W: 5� minutes, 850W: 5 minutes)
