Baby potato, green beans, chicken breast fillet (17%), water, passata, tomato, onion, red wine, rapeseed oil, cornflour, salt, black olive, potato starch, parsley, garlic pur�e, gelling agent pectin, sugar, anchovy (fish), sunflower oil, thyme, black pepper
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Heat until piping hot. Remove from oven, stand for 2 minutes before serving. (Time 20-25 minutes Oven: 190�C, Fan: 170�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate. Peel back film, stir halfway through heating and re-cover. Stand for 2 minutes, after heating in microwave. Check food is piping hot - if not reheat for further brief period. (650W: 5 minutes, 750W: 4� minutes, 850W: 4 minutes)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date see top of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.
