A superior Spaghetti (literal meaning: 'little string') demands 100% Italian Durum wheat, so that's what we've used. Drying is a crucial part of the process so we take great care and dry it slowly. We've even used traditional bronze dies to form our Spaghetti, giving it a rougher texture that helps sauce clings to it beautifully. Enjoy!
