Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Preheat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the pork and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add choice of sauce or stock and vegetables and bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 1 - 1 1/4 hours Oven: 170�C, Fan: 150�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
Remove all packaging Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Place the meat into the pan turning occasionally. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 12-14 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC
