This specially selected Italian cured pork selection includes Prosciutto Crudo - matured for 20 months to develop a sweet flavour and a melting texture; Coppa - neck fillet of pork cured with garlic & wine and Salame Brianza - seasoned with regional ingredients (including Mezza Grana peppercorns, wine from the Parma region and garlic form the Piacenza region) and matured for a minimum of 90 days to develop the flavour.
