Preheat grill for 5 to 10 Min. Remove the foil lid and sprinkle the brown sugar evenly on top of your dessert. Place on a baking tray and under the grill until the sugar is caramelised. Allow to cool in the refrigerator to get a thin layer of crunchy caramel. Cooks tip: The sugar topping can also be caramelised by using a catering blow torch.
