Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
Size and thickness of fish may vary, cook times are given as guidance, please note that larger thicker pieces may take longer to cook. For best results grill.
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place mackerel on lightly oiled foil on a grill pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Medium Heat. (Time 10-12 minutes)
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 dessert spoon of oil in a frying pan. Place the mackerel into the pan. Cook over a low to medium heat, turning halfway through cooking. Low - Medium Heat. (Time 5 - 6 minutes)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. For use by date see front of pack. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.
