A Scottish salmon fillet joint, marinated with lemon, thyme and garlic. Supplied with a foil tray for baking. Please note: Filleting removes all major bones; small bones may remain.

Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
For best results, oven bake. Preheat oven. Cut open bag. Remove salmon from bag on the gold board and slide into the foil tray. Cover foil tray loosely with baking foil and place onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven. After 40 minutes, remove the baking foil and return the foil tray to the oven for a further 20 - 30 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before carving. (Time 60 Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
