A Scottish salmon fillet joint, marinated with lemon, thyme and garlic. Supplied with a foil tray for baking. Filleting removes all major bones, small bones may remain. Serves 6-8.

Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
- Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
