Rankin Selection Irish barmbrack
Suitable for vegetarians. Baked with the finest, succulent sultanas, stem ginger and zesty mixed peel to give it a rich fruity flavour. One of my childhood favourites. This brack makes a crackin' bread and butter pudding.

Preparation & Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened use within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. For freezing guidelines refer to manufacturer's handbook. To defrost: Defrost in a cool dry place for 2 hours.
