- Cooking Instructions* Cook from frozen, Microwave only.During cooking the steam pouch will inflate as steam builds up. A special vent in the pouch will allow the steam to escape during cooking. Not suitable for conventional oven cooking. Although extra care has been taken to remove bones, small bones may remain.To Microwave: 750W / Category D, Cook on Full Power: 8 minutes, Stand: 2 minutes.To Microwave: 850W / Category E, Cook on Full Power: 7 minutes, Stand: 2 minutes.*These are for guidance only. All cooking appliances vary and cooking times may need to be adjusted.1. Place un-opened steam pouch upright into the microwave on a microwaveable plate.2. Cook in the microwave to the cooking times above and stand for 2 minutes.3. Hold onto top corner of pouch and tear where indicated. Serve. Take care as hot steam will escape.
