Preparation & Storage

Create A healthy dish full of Chinese flavour - quick & simple Tasty sticky spare ribs Ingredients (serves 2) 500g spare ribs 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe soy sauce Method 1. Marinate spare ribs in 3 tbsp of Hoisin sauce and 1 tbsp of soy sauce for at least 15 mins (ideally overnight) 2. Roast for 20 mins at 200°C/Gas Mark 6, brush with a further 1 tbsp of Hoisin sauce and roast for another 5mins until cooked.
After opening: Store upright and refrigerate. Consume within 8 weeks and before expiry date.
