Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
For best results oven cook. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap salmon in buttered foil and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 14 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Preheat grill Remove all packaging. Place fillets under a medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking. (Time 12-14 mins)
Heat 1 dessert spoon of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging. Place salmon in pan skin side down, turn halfway through cooking. (Time 12-14 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C For use by date see front of pack Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
