Alternatively, make up the stuffing and bake in a greased ovenproof dish at 220°C/425°F/gas 7 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serves 4 to 6.
Tip the contents of the packet into a bowl, pour over 220ml of boiling water and add a knob of butter or lug of olive oil. Giveit a good stir and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Fill or top your meat or fish, then cook until piping hot and cooked through.
