- How to serve:If you need to make your meal a little more hearty, or perhaps you are missing the pastry sides from this crustless quiche why not try serving it warm with a quick new potato salad. Find some new season baby potatoes and roast in a hot oven with olive oil, salt and pepper and allow to cool a little. Then toss with a glug of yogurt and a dollop of mayonnaise, throw in a handful of rocket and a spritz of fresh lemon juice.
Keep your quiche refrigerated. This quiche can be frozen. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Always defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
