Preparation & Storage
- A Tasty Side Rocket and Pears: take very thinly sliced pears and fennel, add a handful of fresh rocket and toss everything together with poppy seeds, lemon juice and olive oil.
This quiche is ready to eat cold but tastes best hot. Preheat oven to 180�C/350�F/Gas Mark 4. Remove packaging, including paper case. Place on a tray on the middle shelf of the oven for about 25 minutes. This is a guide (some ovens vary).
Keep your quiche refrigerated. This quiche can be frozen. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Always defrost fully before cooking. Once thawed, don't re-freeze.
