TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE Electric 180°C 25 mins 30 mins 35mins per kg Fan 160ºC 25 mins 30 mins 35mins per kg Gas gas 4 25 mins 30 mins 35mins per kg +25 mins +30 mins +35mins Preheat oven. Place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Cover and leave to rest in a warm place for 20-30 mins before carving.
