Preparation & Storage
- Directions. Easy to use gel consistency delivers pastel or vibrant colour in any icing or baking. Knead tube before use. Snip end of tube with scissors. Add small amounts of gel food colour to your icing or cake batter until desired shade is achieved. Stir well between each addition. Each tube can colour enough pastel shade glace icing for approx. 200 cupcakes, bold shade glace icing for approx. 24 cupcakes or bold shade buttercream for approx. 6 cupcakes. Warning: Not suitable for children under 36 months - choking hazard. Do not exceed 2 tsp. of Violet Gel Food Colour in 100g icing.
Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
