Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Put the florets in microwave-safe bowl and add water. Cover tightly and heat on full power for 4 minutes (800W), 3 minutes (900W), 2 1/2 minutes (1000W). Remove the lid carefully and serve.
Heat a dry wok for 2 minutes, add 1 tbsp oil and add florets. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until piping hot. Serve immediately. (Time 3-4 minutes)Place the florets in a steamer pan and place on top of boiling water. Reduce the heat to gently simmer and steam for 7-8 minutes (or until tender). Serve immediately. (Time 7-8 minutes)
