  • Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.

General
For best results oven bake.

Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap trout fillets in buttered foil to make a parcel, place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 25 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)

Grill

From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place the trout fillets on a baking tray, skin side down and dot with butter. Place under a medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook until the trout turns opaque and the flakes can be gently parted with a fork. (Time 8-12 mins)

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5ºC For use by date see front of pack. Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.
