Preheat oven. Peel off film lid from the tray, ensuring that all film is removed from the edges. Place tray in the centre of the oven. When mushrooms are browned, and the parsley snippets have goldened remove from the oven. Best eaten with a salad, as a side dish, or with steak. (Time 20-25 minutes Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
