HEATING May be served hot or cold. Best eaten cold.

Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap salmon in foil, being careful not to overlap fillets. Place on baking tray in centre of oven for 12 minutes. Remove from oven, peel back foil and return to oven for a further 5 minutes or until glaze is caramelised. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 17 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
