Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil. Remove foil 10 minutes before the end of cooking time. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before carving. (Time 60 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
