Tuck in to sticky duck!Duck is so delicious and with our sticky sweet chilli glaze now there's nothing to stop you putting a tasty (and slightly sticky!) duck dinner on the table!Now this won't take very longWe've done everything we can to make this as easy as possible, even seasoning the duck with a chilli rub so it's ready to cook right away. Here's how:1 Preheat oven to 200�C/Fan oven 170�C/Gas mark 6. Remove the sachet of sauce and place legs in tray in the middle of the oven for 80 minutes.2 Remove the duck from the oven; pour the sticky sweet chilli sauce over the legs, covering the legs completely.3 Return the legs in the tray to the oven for a further 10 minutes to finish.Rest the duck for 5-10 minutes before serving.Then tuck in!Great with wok ready noodles and stir fry vegetables.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. …Once opened, use within 24 hours.…If freezing, do so on the day you buy it and use within 1 month. Defrost it thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Don't refreeze after thawing, and use within 24 hours.
