- Rich Beef Stock Pot will enrich your dishes with a full and genuine taste, simply use it as you would use your normal stock.Directions: Meld 1 x Stock Pot in 500ml of boiling water for delicious, rich beefy stock.Beef Bourguignon:Prep Time: 15 minsCooking Time: 2 hoursServings: 4Chop 400g stewing steak into large chunks and fry in a little oiluntil browned. Remove from pan. Chop 1 small onion and 1/2 leek, add to pan and cook slowly to soften. Add a pinch of flour and cook. Add 1-2 garlic cloves finely chopped, 1 chopped rasher of bacon and small piece celery tied with bayleaf, thyme and parsley to make a bouquet garni. Pour in 250ml full bodied red wine and boil for 10 mins to reduce. Add 250ml water with 1 Knorr Rich Beef Stock Pot, return beef to pan. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook in oven 140-150°C, Gas 1-2 for approx 1 3/4-2 hrs.Product can crystallize - this is a natural process which doesn't impact on product quality.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening store in the fridge for up to 3 days
