Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Remove from the packaging.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan over a high heat, add the contents of the pack into the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 50ml of water and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, ensuring the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. (Time 4-6 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
