Preheat oven Remove all packaging Place guinea fowl upside down in a roasting tray in centre of the oven, half way through cooking, turn onto the other side and reduce heat to 170C/Gas mark 3 (150C for fan oven). Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled (Time 1 Hour 20 mins Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
