Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Microwave from chilled. Remove product from outer carton and remove lid. Place in a microwaveable bowl with enough hot water to come one third of the way up the pudding bowl. Cover. Before serving allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot - if not heat for a further brief period. Do not reheat once cooled. To serve: invert pot carefully onto a serving plate and gently squeeze out the pudding. Take care as pot will be hot. (800W: For one pudding: 2 minutes, For two puddings: 3 minutes 30 seconds, 900W: For one pudding: 1 minute 40 seconds, For two puddings: 3 minutes 10 seconds, 1000W: For one pudding: 1 minute 10 seconds, For two puddings: 2 minutes 20 seconds)

(Time 65 minutes)For best results steam on hob. Steam from chilled. Remove product from outer carton. Do not remove film lid. Place the pudding on an upturned saucer or trivet in a saucepan. Add enough boiling water to come one third of the way up the pudding. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until piping hot throughout. Do not allow to boil dry. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 30 - 35 minutes)
