Preheat oven. Remove outer sleeve. Pierce film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 15 minutes Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)

Check food is piping hot, if not heat for a further brief period.
