- The finishing Touch Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds or for an extra kick try chilli flakes or cracked black pepper. An egg glaze gives a glorious sheen when baked but if you don't have any, milk is a good alternative.
All cooking appliances vary.The following are guidelines only.Cook from frozen.1. Preheat oven to 200�C/400�F/Gas 6.2. Place sausage rolls on a baking sheet at least 1cm apart with the pastry seal underneath.3. Brush with beaten egg to glaze.4. Place in oven and bake for at least 20 minutes, until golden brown.
