Preparation & Storage
- Shopping List (Serves 4). 1 sachet of Knorr Gourmet Lemon Cod in a buttery sauce with a pinch of parsley. 4 cod fillets. 200g courgettes cut into thin slices. 1 lemon cutinto 4 thin slices (optional). 50ml single cream. 150ml water. Cooking Instructions. 1. Prepare. Preheat oven as per table below. Lay foil pouch flat on a baking tray so opening is facing you and insert fresh ingredients placing the fish on top of the vegetables. 2. Mix. Blend seasoning mix with cream and water, mix until smooth and pour over ingredients in pouch. Fold over the open foil edge twice (approx 2cm) to close the pouch. 3. Bake. Place tray in oven and cook as per table, ensuring enough room for foil to expand. Carefully cut open the bag (attention: hot steam), check fish is fully cooked before serving. Serve with creamy mashed potato. Gas: Temperature 7, Time 20-25mins, Shelf Middle. Fan Oven: Temperature 200°C, Time 20-25mins, Shelf Middle. Conventional Oven: Temperature 200°C, Time 20-25mins, 2nd from top. Take care when opening the contents as steam will be hot. The pouch is made of a special material which is safe to use for oven cooking. Do not use with switched on grill function. Do not use in the microwave.
