British Free Range Pork (75%), leek (10%), FORTIFIED WHEAT FLOUR (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), chives, sea salt, salt, white pepper, emulsifiers tetrasodium diphosphate and disodium diphosphate, preservative sodium metabisulphite, nutmeg, yeast.
Filled into natural pork casings.
Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Remove all packaging.
Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Preheat oven. Place sausages in a roasting tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. (Time 35 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
For best results grill. Preheat grill. Place under a medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. (Time 10-12 mins)
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving.
