Alaska pollock (fish) (64%), FORTIFIED WHEAT FLOUR (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), sunflower oil, water, wheat flour, potato starch, salt, wheat starch, yeast, colours paprika extract and curcumin, turmeric
OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place fish fingers on a baking tray in the centre of oven. Cook until golden brown. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 14 mins Oven: 220�C, Fan: 200�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
For best results grill from frozen GRILL FROM FROZEN MEDIUM HEAT 12 mins Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place fish fingers on a grill tray under a medium heat. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook until golden brown. Do not reheat once cooled.
