Do not reheat once cooked
Allow approximately 125g pasta per person. Do not separate the pasta before placing in water, as the pasta will separate during cooking. Place the pasta in a large pan of boiling water. Reduce the heat and simmer gently. Remove the pasta carefully from the water using a slotted spoon to drain off excess water and serve immediately. (Time 2 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.
