When you sow your lawn seed you can have peace of mind that your garden lawn will look great all year round. Rootgrow™ mycorrhizal fungi. Established lawns have an extensive network of beneficial fungi and bacteria breaking down and transporting soil nutrients to the root system. The mycorrhizal fungi in rootgrow™ will spread rapidly through the new grass roots to provide sustained benefits throughout the lifetime of your lawn. How it works: Supreme Green Lawn Seed. The finest blend of top quality lawn seed designed for beautiful hard wearing lawns and formulated for excellent germination and establishment. Without rootgrow™. Grass roots without their mycorrhizal fungal partners are less efficient at extracting nutrients from the soil. With rootgrow™. Mycorrhizal fungi will colonise the plant roots to increase the uptake of nutrients and water. Mycorrhizal fungi help to bind (aggregate) the soil particles enabling the lawn to recover faster from wear and tear. Zeolite improves aero-porosity and can reduce the effects of compaction. A well developed fungal network encourages beneficial bacteria in the root zone to develop. Mycorrhizal fungi will sporulate continuously creating a self sustaining cycle.
